SALVA TERRA SERVICES

Salva Terra Services [STS] is focused on the development of assets serving the solid waste management industry. We are currently focused on the develop ment of municipal solid waste (MSW) transfer stations, material recovery facilities (MRFs) and recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

FYI: Salva Terra translates to “Save the Earth” .

Meet the Team

Craig Uhrig

CEO
Mr. Craig Uhrig founded All Recycling in 1992. All Recycling is a scrap metal recycling company that processes both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. All Recycling began operating its first shredder in 1999. All Recycling acquired a solid waste transfer station in 2007 on the north side of Denver. The operations was sold at the end of 2012.

In 2010, Craig founded Specialty Metals Company in Denver to employ ground breaking technology to recover remaining metals in auto shredder residue and divert thousands of tons from landfills.

Edward Dolan

President

Mr. Edward Dolan started a roll-off waste company in 1999 in Denver. In 2000, he was a partner in a company that permitted and operated a solid waste transfer station in north Denver. The combined businesses were sold to BFI in 2001. In 2002 he repurchased the transfer station with another partner and simultaneously started a waste hauling company servicing residential, commercial and construction customers. The transfer business, Frontier Waste Transfer, was sold to All Recycling in 2007. Edward remained as president of All Recycling North until 2012. In 2010 he was named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the All Recycling companies.

In 2014 Edward and a partner purchased RCI Disposal, which was sold in 2021 to a strategic acquiror.

Edward is a 1993 graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Accounting.

Stacy Dak

Vice President

Ms. Stacy Dak is a 12-year veteran of the scrap metal and solid waste industry. Stacy developed her skills at All Recycling beginning in 2003 through 2013. Stacy hired, trained, and supervised staff who were assigned to accounts receivables and payables, as well as managing inbound and outbound logistics. Stacy and her staff were responsible for processing approximately a million dollars per day of both scrap purchases and sales. Her active involvement in market-driven price structures and month-end inventory were a match for her stamina and flexibility.

Stacy Dak also serves as an Office Manager for Salva Terra where she directs purchases, sales, inventory and logistics. Demonstrative of her added value, Stacy also fills administrative and employee support.
